Cinco de Mayo (sort of!). The third Monday in May features Enchiladas, black beans, rice, salad, and flan. 

Let the Lodge Secretary know what choice you want (beef, chicken, cheese), and how many by May 14th. Then, on the 17th, just drive up, get your meal, go home and enjoy!
